This policy describes how Breachwalker, a production of Benum Labs (“we”, “us”), collects and uses information when you visit breachwalker.com or sign up for the closed alpha.
Information we collect
- Alpha signup: email address and optional Discord handle when you submit the waitlist form.
- Analytics: aggregated page views, referrers, country, and device type via Cloudflare Web Analytics (no advertising cookies in the default configuration).
- Contact: information you send us by email.
How we use information
- Send alpha invitations and product updates you opt into.
- Understand site traffic and improve the marketing site.
- Respond to support requests.
Third parties
We use service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, and web analytics.
- Tally (or similar form provider) — alpha signup form hosting, if enabled.
We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Alpha signup data is kept until you unsubscribe, we close the waitlist, or a reasonable period after the alpha ends — whichever comes first. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider’s policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at breachwalker@benumlabs.com.
Children
Breachwalker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
